Adult Leadership and Mentors

  • " The key is to keep company with people who uplift you, whose presence calls forth your best." - Epictetus

Adult Leadership for Troop 398B and 3982G have considerable years of combined scouting experience, and take absolute pride in their role as Leaders, Mentors, and Role Models for the Troops. We are 100% Trained and as Scout Leaders are very active, engaged, and support all Scouting Program Elements in and out of our respective Communities.

Our Troops have several Adult Leaders who have earned their Eagle Scout Rank, eight Leaders that conduct District Eagle Boards of Review, five leaders who serve outside the Troop in local Cub Scout Packs and Crews, and many who have served, and continue to serve as Volunteers at the Council and District Level as Staffers, Trainers and Champions for multiple National and World Jamborees.

We believe Character is the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual, and as such, are dedicated to ensure that ALL Scouts understand that they are "Emerging Leaders", and that with good opportunity, practice and guidance they may achieve a positive sense of self and selfless duty in upholding our shared Scouting Principles by living the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

If Leadership and Mentorship are important to you - Please consider joining your Team so we may Vision Share together in creating a safe and growing environment for our Youth - Tomorrow's Leaders...
