Scout Summary
As we approach the end of the year, let's take a moment to reflect on the fun activities we've enjoyed and look forward to the exciting events coming up.
End of Year Fun Activities:
- December: We're looking forward to having a blast with our Iron Chef competition. Scouts will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and creativity, making it a memorable event, especially given the cold weather.
Upcoming Events:
- January: Get ready for an adventurous start to the new year with our climbing activity at Lost Pines. It’s a great opportunity to challenge yourself and have fun with fellow Scouts.
- February: We have an exciting gaming lock-in planned, along with celebrating Scout Sunday. It's going to be a month full of fun and camaraderie.
- March: We'll be engaging in geo-caching, a thrilling outdoor treasure hunt. Additionally, we'll be heading back to NYLT, with some as attendees and others as troop guides, providing an opportunity for our adults to chaperone.
Service Projects:
- Throughout the upcoming months, we'll be participating in various service projects. These projects are a great way to give back to our community and embody the spirit of Scouting. If you have an idea or a service project you’d like to champion, please let us know. Remember, you are the change.
Let's make the most of these activities and continue to create wonderful memories together. Stay tuned for more details and get ready for an exciting year ahead!
